Delivery

We take every step to ensure that your mounted limited edition print, boxed canvas and framed giclée print reaches you in the same condition that it leaves us.

Our packaging is of the highest quality to make sure your order is well protected on its journey to you. We also work with one of the most reliable delivery companies in the UK who specialise in the transportation of fragile goods. 

Once we have confirmed your order we aim to deliver your artwork within 15 working days. At present we only deliver within mainland UK and our delivery costs are:

• £12.95 for mounted limited edition prints
• £15.95 for boxed canvases and framed giclée prints

All original art is delivered in person by one of the Soulful crew.

PACKAGING

Our boxed canvases and framed giclée prints have their corners covered with dense foam protectors before being wrapped in cellophane. Each piece is packed into a picture frame box with polystyrene to prevent movement. Finally this is wrapped with double walled corrugated cardboard and securely tied together - very snug!

We pack our limited edition giclée prints in clear archivally safe polypropylene bags to securely protect both the mount and print before sandwiching them in between thick double walled corrugated cardboard. Finally this is all securely strapped together ready to be sent to you.
