Working in mixed media, his current collection is inspired by the random textures, type-faces and images found in worn billboard posters and how the different layers blend to create something new and often unexpected.

Using spray paint, acrylics, stencils and collage on wood Chang likes the variety and surprise that mixed media often brings. 

Clients and commissions

Chang has worked extensively within the fashion industry for brands such as Real Real Genuine, Ben Sherman, Duck and Cover and Mecca, the hip hop clothing label. Over the years, his graffiti has also appeared in various magazines including ‘Graphotism’ and ‘Bomb Alert’. 

Inspiration and influences

Graffiti remains a prominent influence in Chang’s work to this day. He draws inspiration from artists such as Shepard Fairey, Paul Insect and the photographer ‘JR’, but he particularly loves to see new graffiti up in places it shouldn’t be.
